A $25 charge is collected in advance, which will be applied to your purchase of a new paddle at the end of the demo period. Credit may not be used on sale or clearance paddles.

You may check out up to 2 paddles at a time to demo for up to 7 days maximum. After the 7 days, paddles must be returned and exchanged for 2 more to try.

If not returned after 7 days, a non-refundable $5 per day and $5 per paddle late fee will be charged against the credit card on file.

Please call in advance if you need more time, so arrangements can be made to allow the paddles to be out longer without penalties. Late fees are non-refundable and will not be applied as credit towards a purchase.

If demos are not returned after 2 weeks and Tennis Cabana has had no contact from the customer, then the full retail price of the non returned paddles will be charged to the credit card on file and the demo fee will be forfeited, If a demo paddle is abused, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement. If a paddle is lost, broken, or stolen, the customer is responsible for reimbursing Tennis Cabana for the full retail price of the paddle.
